I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of and clean They really have a state-of-the-art facility. The doctor was very caring and had a great personality. They never suggested that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
