Beware if visiting this podiatrist! I have an HSA and therefore paid my balance in full at the time of my appointment. Three months later, I recieved a bill for an additional $60. Apparently the office "forgot" to bill for one type of x-ray taken of each of my feet. Rather than mark it up as a loss, they are attempting to collect. This is despite the fact that I hold a bill and credit card receipt stating my visit was paid in full. The latest update came today when I was informed that the doctor refuses to make an adjustment to my account and will submit my account to collections if it is not paid.

This type of business practice is crooked and unethical. Please do not visit Dr. Marsh.
