Greeted by friendly staff. They seemed to run efficiently. Was taken back to the office. Had long time pain that was not alleviated by other doctors. Had relief after only a few days with Dr. Nielson. Very pleasant staff and atmosphere

Dr. Neilson was very brusk and rushed. He ran in the room, barely listened, and ran out of the room. I went in for planter's faciatis. He gave me two prescriptions which are commonly available, but he required that they be filled by an expensive compounding pharmacy that my insurance didn't cover. When I went back for a follow-up appointment, he asked me if I had been doing the exercises for plantar's faciatis. I informed him that he never mentioned any exercises at our first appointment. He unapologetically dumped a handout with the exercises in my lap and left the room without giving me any time to ask questions.

Their friendly demeanor and positive attitude really made my experience exceptional. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They were one of the best podiatrists I have ever met. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
