Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Started out with ingrown toenail; now have no toenail -- oops surprise -- now have no toe. Major infection affecting whole body - loss of work - scheduled for surgery to remove part of bone - ended up with no toe. Bitter = yes ; all could have been prevented if antibiotic administered early. Now I am damaged goods with a closet full of shoes I can no longer wear. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to trim my dog's nails.

Had to catch her every time 1/2 way down the hall to get my questions answered (even though there were rarely other patients waiting)---no real progress, no real answers. Going to a new doctor now who had me back to new in no time. This office seems to wait until things are so bad that patients need surgery---other docs try other methods. This is not my kind of place, would never recommend to anyone.
Further, receptionist is not very competent or polite---seems very unorganized.
