Lousy customer service. They couldn't give me an appointment for 2 wks and it was at an time that made it hard for me to get to work. I had trouble finding them, so I pulled over and called them, I was 3 minutes late, to get directions. They told me I had to reschedule even though I told them I was just a few minutes away. When I drove back to make sure I knew where it was, I went in. I was now 7 minutes late and they said I had to come back four hours later. I did the paperwork and then they checked and a different doctor could see me. She seemed to be pretty organized and friendly, but then the office staff suddenly realized I needed a referral. Because I was in pain ,and wasn't advocating for myself very well, I left in tears and went to Urgent Care. Now I still need to see a podiatrist, but it won't be this group.
