Dr. G correctly diagnosed acute tendonitis in my foot and designed a treatment plan consisting of anti-inflammatory meds, custom orthotic insert that took the pressure of the injured area, activity allowance that permitted me to continue activities but dial them back some to allow for healing, and later, an ultrasound treatment that accelerated the last wave of healing. I have regained complete use of my foot without pain. I would highly recommend Dr. G.

I have had numerous unreturned phone calls after staff guaranteed I would receive a call back. I have had inadequately treated pain for months. I am dissatisfied. I am regretful of my decision to have surgery here. I am in constant pain and nobody cares.

Dr. Gorenshtein is probably the best doctor I have ever met. I have seen him through the VA Med Center for years, and when the VA could not get the proper orthotics I needed I went to see him at his private practice paying out of pocket. Dr. Gorenshtein has always properly diagnosed my problems. He has performed one surgery on my right foot 6 years ago without any issues. I expect to have the same procedure on the other foot done in Winter 2012. I have complete trust in his abilities and he sincerely cares about his patients. His manners are friendly and professional.

They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. The waiting room chairs that I had to sit in while waiting to see the podiatrist were just horrible. I couldn't have sat in them for very long. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
