Every time we come here they always remember us by name and greet us as soon as we walk in the door, even if it's been months since our last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, we just love this place. We didn't wait long at all. Our appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices we've have been to. They never left us for an extended period of time and we never felt ignored. They paid close attention to us. They always made sure there wasn't any pain.

The attention that I was given prior to my surgery was above & beyond anything I have ever received. Due to some other health problems, I couldn't make up my mind whether to do the heel surgery. One day prior to surgery, Dr. Girvan called me personally to reassure me but also let me know that it was my decision and he would cancel it with no problems. My indecision lasted right up to going into surgery and again, he explained the procedure to me & my husband but also said he would be willing to cancel it even at that late stage. I went ahead with the surgery because of his willingness to listen and be patient with me. The pre-op, surgical and post-op nurses and the anesthesiologist in the surgical unit in the same building as his office were outstanding. They were also very patient with me and continually checked on me and my comfort. I am only one day post-op so I can't speak to the success of the operation but have been pain-free so far due to the leg block I was given. Because of this, I have been able to relax and get prepared for any pain that I will incur during the next week.
