I really like Dr. Goldstein's approach to communication as it relates to treatment. He is an expert and he provides treatment info and options. Then he talks out those options with you, then partners with you to arrive at a course of action that meets your needs and considerations. Laying out pros and cons, listening to various considerations like cost, activities etc. is a refreshing way to work with a doctor. With Dr. Goldstein, I feel like we are working on a project together - getting my foot well - and we each play an important role in success. I am a business owner and I appreciate people who have different and better way of communicating than what is typically experienced.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. The waiting room chairs were not the best I have seen, they could definitely use an upgrade. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I wish there was a zero ranking capability. We visited Dr. Goldstein for my son's broken ankle. One year after the visit, I am still baffled as to how come she could not detect a rather straight forward fractured bone case and implied that our son was faking it. She asked if he was doing well at school - for god's sake - he was 9 at that time and probably the best student in his class. No, he was not trying to play truant - Dr. Goldstein simply could not diagnose.

To add insult to injury, they billed us wrong and sent us the same paid invoice twice.
