She had asked her staff to follow up with my insurance company on something and call me back, and they never did. I called them back about a month later and they acted like they'd never heard of this before (which I doubt very seriously) and said they'd have to ask the doctor and would call me back. They never did. I called back two days later, and they told me the doctor hadn't been able to get them and answer. I asked them a few days later, and they said they were still waiting on the insurance company - which is where we still are months later. Pretty unhelpful.
