Was this podiatrist friendly?
Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

During the procedure the doctor had to stop because the equipment that she was using was inefective. She had to stop and have an office person retrive another instrument. She asked the office person to discard it.
Also, the numbing agent that was used was inefective as it did not totally numb the desired area. I was asked after the fact if I had problems at the dentist being numb before a procedure and that she could not numb the area more. Needless to say, this procedure was so painful I was holding on to the arms of the exam chair I was sitting in. I still quiver just thinking about it. I never went back for a follow-up.
