I thought Dr. Bennett was terrific. Very approachable and took the time to explain everything clearly. Office was noisy but the care was top notch.

The doctors in this practice have good bedside manner and provide excellent care. The downside is how poorly managed the office is each time I visit. It is not uncommon to sit an hour past your appointment with no explanation or apology for tardiness. It is obvious the person managing the office has no clue what they are doing. There have been times I was scheduled to the see the doctor at the same time the doctor was performing surgery. That is stupidity at its best!

I had surgery to correct a bunion and hammer toe. I had only seen Dr. Bennett once before the surgery, and it was several months before. I called to see if I should come in prior to the surgery and was told no. After the surgery, the swelling did not go down in my toes. In PT they were surprised at the lack of function I had. Three years later the toe next to my big toe is STILL swollen. I got an infection in the incision and the staff member I spoke to (male) was rude and wouldn't schedule me to be seen. The next day I called and spoke to one of the female staff memberss & she did get me in immediately. Before the surgery I asked if my foot would finally be like the other foot that doesn't have a bunion. Dr. Bennett said yes. Post-op I did NOT have the results I anticipated, and Dr. Bennett had many excuses, none of which was valid in my opinion, of why he didn't do the type surgery I was expecting. I am very disappointed, especially after a good friend had recommended him. He's a very nice man but I feel he botched my surgery.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
