I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Grossman. First of all I LOVE that he didn't want to jump right in to surgery. I started with Physical Therapy and orthotics (they did take a little bit to get used to but within a few weeks, I was MUCH better!) I still needed to have surgery but the PT and orthotics made my pain MUCH more tolerable, allowed me to compete in several marathons and then schedule the surgery at the end of the year which was much more convenient for me. I am now 100% better and would not have done it any other way----soooooo glad I started out with conservative options first. Also I must add that before I met Dr. Grossman, another doctor wanted to jump in and do another-more aggressive surgery---considering I am now 100% I am REALLY glad I went slow and followed his advice. Im back to running my marathons and have the best times Iv'e ever had! Now I did have to wait a few weeks to get in as a new patient, but once I did get in, follow visits were never a problem. He was definitely worth the wait!

Everyone kept telling me that Dr. Grossman was the best but I originally went to another podiatrist because I could get in sooner. WHAT A MISTAKE! The other doctor right away said I had to have surgery and I just wanted pain relief so I agreed. I had bunion surgery by the other guy and and have never been the same---the pain was worse after the surgery. So a year later I had had enough and set up a second opinion with Dr. Grossman--all I can say is that he was worth the wait! He was conservative and got me in to custom orthotics. This was perfect for my other foot which the first guy said I was going to need surgery on. The orthotics helped the surgery foot but I was not pain free. So Dr. Grossman did have to go in and redo the first guy's work. It has been 2 years and I am still PAIN FREE--I ski, play tennis and am an avid hiker. My only regret is that I did not wait the extra 2 weeks to see him in the first place. Seeing how good my one foot is with just the inserts and no surgery, I have no doubt that I would never have needed surgery in the first place! Also, his staff were courteous and friendly and he should have been a stand-up comedian--he is hysterical!. All I can say is there is a reason that you might have to wait a little longer to get in to see him.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Their friendly demeanor and positive attitude really made my experience exceptional. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They are an absolute expert in the field.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. I was very nervous but Dr. Grossman made me laugh (he should be a stand-up comedian). He went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
