First time seeing this doctor. I did not like the receptionists. There were no questions when I made an appointment, like why I'm coming. One was rude, rushing me and barked at me to move when nobody was in line. I liked the doctor, he was nice, funny, shook my hand. Talked to you as a person not a number. I didn't feel rushed with him and felt I could ask any question and not feel like a burden. He is respectful and knowledgable. Easy and fast to make an appointment. Then I check out and find out THEY DON'T ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS!!!!!!!!!! CHECK OR CASH ONLY! No ATMs around. now it being 2011 and all you would think they would do something about that. All I'm saying is that it should say that somewhere. Either tell a new patient that its cash/check only or put it on the website/ profile. I found this doctor online and didn't see that information anywhere. The best part is that the receptionist offered to bill me..... Ok so basically come back another time 20min out of my way to come and pay you with cash?????!!!!!!! Why bill me if I STILL have NO WAY of paying with my bank card????? So make sure you have enough cash for this specialist. I think the fact that the doctor was so great I might consider going back if I have to. Just prepared the next time.
