I was a patient but after getting to know her a bit - she seems a little stuck on herself and a bit of a ego trip . not Impressed - I think she needs to come back down to earth - a little less ego goes a far way .

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here, she knew she could seal the ingrown toes after several operations 6 + operations a year, bleeding infections so bad they could not heal. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They kept "suggesting" that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. Dr. Nicholas moved into a much larger office there and she told me "needed to pay her rent for this newer larger office space" so they insisted I buy from the show room, and cut my toes at least 7 times a year...as it turned out, after viewing a You Tube video I found the dr was not SEALING the ingrown to nails properly, she sealed them to ASSURE THEY WOULD GROW BACK in one month. Standard procedure is shown on the video and was all my child needed, so the in grown toe nails DO NOT grow back. After 8 years of pain, bleeding toes, infections every 3 months....We went to a different Dr. it took ONLY TWO visits for him to stop the ingrown toe nails from going back. Now the large toe nails were cut by Dr Nicholas so many times from age 8 yrs old to age 17, there is only half the nail left, for the rest of my child's life her large toe nails will remain deformed. The Dr. said "I have to pay my rent on my new office..." so she purposely obviously didn't seal the toes properly. After hearing this statement I looked into it and found out my child could have been healed I was lied to and told this "maintenance had to be done for the rest of her life." She went to 8th grade and 12th grade graduation limping with both feet bandaged, she went to her prom the same and blood coming from both big toes, she ruined the high school yrs of my child all for extra money to "pay rent for the larger office..." The new Dr who fixed this in two visits suggested I not only report Dr Nicholas to the board of Dr and podiatry, he said I should sue Dr. Nicholas. The new 800 number makes it so you can not get a live person on the phone anymore. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visits in co pays alone for 8 years of unnecessary Dr visits and unnecessary OPERATIONS, They were very expensive, but insurance covered most.
