I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
