I bring my autistic son to see Dr. Kaplan for several years now. He is very patient with him and answers all of my questions with much detail. He is very polished and has a great bedside manner. He is not dismissive and treats us like family.

so unprofessional!! The receptionist called me 15 minutes before surgery canceling because they didn't have the right sutures. The doctor didn't speak with me about this matter. Extremely rude and disgusting. This has been planned for months. NEVER GO TO HIM!!!!!!!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
