Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
