I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Just as a side note,
You were previously located 2390 N.Forest Rd.Suite 3

FYI Michael treated me back in March 2006. My injury was again the result of my over use of my body. I still play hockey and tennis 2-3 times per week.

Have seen chiropractors and orthopedic surgeons. Have copy of MRI along with other Exay's on CD. Need to completely rehab/strengthen my lumbar area in order to fully participate in my chosen activities.
