Fairly Easy

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. If they didn't know the answer right away, they would contact the doctor or insurance company. They've always been ready to see me at my scheduled appointment time. I've never had to wait more then ten minutes. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They are the most attentive specialist I've ever met. At every one of my appointments, their full attention is always on me. I recommended them to any age group.

I went to this physical therapy office to for a nerve damage problem in my leg. I was unable to walk without crutches. I used their services for several months and I was very happy with how they treated me. My therapist did an excellent job of evaluating how much I could handle and increasing my exercises appropriate amounts. I consider this therapy to have been key to my recovery and have recommended their office to every family member or friend who needed PT. I've heard nothing but positive feedback from them either!

Every therapist in the practice is fantastic. They listen, are compassionate, and push you to get results without causing any additional pain.
