This office always provides great care. I have never felt like we were just another patient here. My granddaughter is sure she is Dr. Hanzel's favorite patient. Our questions are always answered completely. The nurses and lab techs are the best! Would recommend this practice (and have) to anyone needing a pediatrician.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Dr. Hanzel is one of the kindess and gentle doctors i've ever known. He greets every child with a smile and answers any & every question that a parent might ask.
