I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. It was really nice to see how patient they were with first-time mothers. I've seen some other pediatricians get really annoyed whenever a first-time mother asks a question, but they don't do that here. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
