When I went in for the first time, they had messed up my appointment time and location. Because this was not my fault they were able to squeeze me in. I was not told that on this day the doctor was not in and my child would be seen by an associate. This was disappointing. We waited in the waiting room for 20-30 minutes then in an exam room , where my newborn was in nothing but a diaper and a blanket, for 45 minutes. The waiting room chairs were neither comfortable or uncomfortable but it was crowded and had no toys for my older children.
I wasn't entirely convinced that they had my child's best interest in mind. They didn't seem overly untrustworthy, but I wasn't comfortable bringing my child back. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. This provider has helpful information available in their office which is really convenient. Dr. O really cares about the physical and mental well being of her patients and their parents/guardians.

All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while we were waiting, but it would have been nice if my child and I were a little more comfortable.
I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I would say I feel the Dr overbook her patients,its always a long wait.. But she is a good Dr overall.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Yes, and my child loves them!
