I have had a wonderful experience with pediatrician Burton Langer. Dr. Langer has been instrumental in the early identification of issues with my children leading to the best possibly early specialist therapy with tremendous results. He is terrific with little kids, and takes time to talk to you (even makes eye contact). As far as the practice overall both in Paoli and Narberth: An on-call nurse can be reached through the practice at all hours to advise on retaking temperatures, etc. and when/if you need to go into an emergency room. There is a set time in the mornings for sick hours when you can see someone -- not necessarily your doctor -- which is helpful since most doctor's schedules are quite full and you don't want to wait 2 days when your child is sick to have someone take a look in their ears, throat, etc.
