Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Yes, and my child loves them!

No, they made everyone sit together

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
