They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Their equipment seem outdated and not safe to use, especially on children. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
