I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry but Dr Allen was a great doctor he could always figure out what was bothering my kids when my children were seen at his office.I never tried to look for any other primary Doctor and I always figured if I did that I would be referred to a quack. Dr.Allen was very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits their office for a visit . At Dr. Irving Allen's office they are very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while only because I spent about 7or 8 years with this Doctor. Unlike most Doctors who tend to move their offices for upgrading Dr.Irving been located in the same place for over 10 years this always brings a warm feeling to me as a parent especially when a parent feels uncomfortable with different people touching their kids . They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
