Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I really didn't like that they didn't have separate "sick" and "well" areas for the kids in the waiting room. I thought it was very inconsiderate of them. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
