Dr. Woo was extremely judgmental. She was rude and had this sarcasm laugh about everything I was saying. She made me feel bad about myself as a mother. She prejudged everything even before I had the chance to answer her ques. After caring for my child over the last 5 years she was treating me like an unfit mom as if I didn't have a clue to what I was doing. Even though my child is doing extremely well in all aspects of his life, healthy and happy and above avg in brain dev and social behaviors- she kept emphasizing if there was something wrong the way I was raising him. I found her way of practice to be outdated - mother-in-law way- extremely unprofessional! I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Does not give enough care for the Patients.This doctor does not have patience to sit and talk with parents concern with the child.
Been visiting this doctor from January 2006 till July 2011 have the same kind of concern.
Not very satisfied with this doctor and most of the doctors in UCLA.
We Pay one of the best insurance with blue cross blue shield.It is waste we pay money and still not satisfied with most of the doctors.
My Suggestion for this doctor
Should treat all patient equaly.
Should take time to sit and talk with the patient and take time to understand the child's concern and the parents concern.
If the child is having any medical illness advice and follow up on the child's well being not get frustrated and show faces.Since the parents totally relay on the doctors.
For any kind of medical treatment should revel the parents about the child's illness not to anyone else other than the parents or parents friends.This is totaly not acceptable.Reveling the confidential information.This spoils the child's growth and his well being and very important in his development Lifecycle.
