They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them.
