WORST EVER - They make you wait 2 Hours either in the waiting room or back in the room and then forget you're even there, this has had multiple times with both of my children. Refused to listen to anything I had to say about my concerns with my children having Celiac like I do even when my daughter got extremely ill, had to go to Pittsburg to get any kind of answers. I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone! Office is disgusting and not a clean place to bring anyone! So glad we got my children out of there when did!

My child is only 2 months old and I have already had several problems. even in the hospital the first day my son was born we had issues but I thought it was just a fluke and decided to stick with this place for my sons care since I had heard a few good things about them. it was very important to my husband to not have our son circumcised I know that this is not the route that most people choose but my husband felt strongly and had talked and researched about it. It is our decision to make we were meet with rudeness over our decision it is one thing to medically suggest other wise but to act as though we are idiots and give an attitude about it is an other. calling into the office is a joke. Your treated as more of an inconvenience then anything else. once I was in the middle of a sentence voicing a concern I had when a nurse had said "whoa whoa whoa .. no What do you need?" if that doesn't send the message that they don't really give a flying you know what I don't know what does. she didn't want to hear anything but how to get me off the phone. the next issue I had with the office was when I had needed a form to switch my sons formula for the wic office upon calling about it I was told just to drop by and they could give me one and fill it out. well I had made a wic appointment for the next day but upon stopping at the office right before my wic appointment they had then informed me that I would have to get the form from the wic office. I then went to my wic appointment without the paperwork I had scheduled the appointment for in the first place they had told me they have problems regularly with this office and that they should have forms on hand at their office. but thank goodness the wic office staff helped me since obviously the staff at this doctors office could care less . wic faxed the form over to them I called to inform them it had been faxed they then told me I needed to fill out the doctors section everything but his signature well the wic staff told me the doctor was to fill out that section not me so they again faxed it blank to the office. how lazy can you be ? and if they do bare minimum with a simple form that maybe has 4 lines to fill out I bet they do bare minimum when it come to care as well. seriously considering changing doctors.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
