When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. The worst issue was catching them in what could have been a big mistake, since the paperwork reflect work to be done on my neck, not on the lumbar area where indicated. No one noticed this error but me...when brought to doctor's attention, dismissed in a flippant manner. Be very, very careful.
