I would like to confirm that she charges $500 in advance even if you have insurance. You can expect to wait on her any where from 1 to 3 1/2 hours. If you cancel an appointment they will charge you if you don't give them notice. So if you want to walk out say after 2 hours you will be charged $50. She doesn't speak English very well so communication is a problem. She told me that I would have two procedures and then after the two were completed she told me it would two more. At this point I gave up and will seek another doctor that at least I can talk to. She gets no stars from me I hope she learns her lesson and schedules her clinic on days when she is not doing surgery's. The waiting room had 4 people all scheduled for the same time.

This doctor collects and additional $500 up front for treatment. Does not matter if you have insurance, which I do. Got two treatments, got charged $1,000. they said "don't worry, we will send you a refund if insurance pays". My insurance did pay, my end was supposed to be $187. They sent no refund. I called them and they said they applied it to my "account" and they don't normally call people to let them know that.. I said "B.S. I want my refund". They said they would send it. I did not get it. I called back and they said, the lady that sends those REFUNDS was on vacation. "Its in the mail". No refund. Called back and they said, another lady was on vacation and it did not go out again, but it was "going out tomorrow" No refund. I called back again, and this time one of the folks in the billing department did not come in, but this time it was "in the mail for sure". I have been trying to get my overcharge back since early July for the treatments in June. It is now mid September. and still no refund. Grab your wallet, and run from this doctor. She is a pain management doctor. She tries to move the pain from your back to your wallet. In my case, I still have the pain in my back and my WALLET TOO !!!!!!

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were so kind and attentive to me.

Went to see her to get put on Lyrica because of a L5 rupture and bulge. after explaining that I already tried steroids she informed me that she does not prescribe medication and only does steroid injections. While in the office with her I seen a pamphlet for a 7 day free trail of Lyrica and also over heard the receptionist telling someone that she prescribes Loratab.
I consider this a scam to get more money since the shoots would cost more then her writing a prescription.
