First of all, I waited almost TWO HOURS in the outer waiting room ~ with NO updates OR apologies from the receiptionist. When I FINALLY got to see the doctor & while answering his questions, he YAWNED ~ a LOUD, OBNOXIOUS (comical?) yawn. He was curt & couldn't wait to get me out of his office. Questions are met with "disgusted" looks on his part (like how *dare* you bother me any more than you already have??). It also takes FAR too long to hear back from anyone in his office if you call with a problem between appointments.

When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
