I feel like my appointment was pointless and nothing was accomplished. I would never visit them again. DO not use this doctor, he never returns phone calls. I was very disappointed.

While Dr. Hertz is a brilliant doctor, his administrative staff's incompetence make the entire process frustrating. Until he replaces his administrative staff I suggest patients look elsewhere. I can't even count how many times my appointments have been screwed up by his staff.
