I have been a patient for over 10 years and have had excellent results with Dr. P.ontell. he listens to me and leads me with his expertise to make decisions. This is important for a client to have in a Doctor. I highly recommend him for perfect results. he is caring and professional. His Office staff is great and highly skilled.

Overall experience was amazing! Dr. Pontell and staff were incredibly patient and informative in regards to all aspects of my revision rhinoplasty. Surgery and recovery was a breeze, I had minimal pain and mild discomfort but no major issues. I would recommend Dr. Pontell a thousand times over. His work is beautiful and I am over the moon with my results.

I had a rhinoplasty done in the past year. I had a good experience with Dr. Pontell and his staff. They clearly told me how to prepare myself for the procedure and how to take care of the nose afterwards. I wish the patience required for this procedure had been a little more stressed. Once I realized how patient I had to be to see my results, I had a more positive experience. I like my nose more and more each month into the healing process. He is a very knowledgeable doctor and knows what will suit his patients.

I had a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Pontell to correct a pinched nostril from a previous procedure. He helped correct this issue and helped my breathing improve a lot. Very realistic expectations and nice staff to talk to.

Overall I am very satisfied. He is very skilled at rhinoplasty. He is however quite soft spoken so he does not tend to provide much reassurance along the way.
