My Mom called Dr Shih on a late Sunday morning asking for an urgent appointment. She just started using a hearing aid in the last month or so. However, in the last day or so, she experienced a sudden loss of hearing. She was in a panic. Although not a regular patient , Dr Shih was kind enough to meet us in 15 mins in her office at 12 noon!!! Yes! And she was very patient, methodical and took her time to interview my mom. It ended up to be a minor issue and my Mom's hearing was considerably improved afterwards. We're very grateful to Dr Shih for what she's done. For accommodating and for really living up to what a true Doctor represent!!! Thank you Dr. Shih!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
