I have visited Dr. Mark Robertson's office twice, once to see Dr. Marc Stevens and once to see Dr. Mark Robertson. Both doctors were very friendly and professional and I would recommend them without reservation. I was diagnosed with a vestibular schwannoma in December 2016 and Dr. Robertson made recommendations regarding second opinions and my ultimate treatment.

MY TREATMENT AT DR ROBERTSON WENT WELL WHILE HE WAS MAKING MONEY OFF MY INSURANCE .AS SOON AS I WAS LEFT WITH NO INSURANCE IWAS TREATED LIKE A VERY UNIMPORTANT PATIENT.MOST TIMES HE WOULDNT SEE ME HE WOULD HAVE ANOTHER DOCTOR SEE ME. GUESS HE WAS TO BUSY . DONT EXPECT KINDNESS FROM THIS OFFICE.THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Felt like a cow at a stockyard - herd them in herd them out -

Although the doctor did seem knowledgeable, he didn't seem to care if I was diagnosed or not.

Dr. attempted to insert scope without ascertaining if my throat had been numbed first - it hadn't!

They were not able to diagnose my condition quickly. In fact it is still undiagnosed and am searching for answers.

I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't keep me updated about how much longer it would be.

Doctor yelled at staff over billing concerns.
