My experience as a patient of Dr Aliya Ferouz-Colborn suggests that she might be a better lawyer than doctor. I felt very little regard for my well being as a patient. Repeatedly, my experience with her left me with the strong impression that her primary objective was the extraction of maximum fees for the minimum amount of service. I have no objection to paying for medically necessary and appropriate services. However, I do object when the proposed services on one occasion related to Sleep Apnea and on another occasion related to Otolaryngology were clearly to me both obviously unnecessary and apparently suggested for her benefit rather than mine. Also, don't assume that you will get treatment or even basic services from Dr Ferouz-Colborn that you might ordinarily expect to be provided by an Otolaryngologist or a Sleep Clinic. She strictly limits her practice to performing only certain tasks . . . . Personally, I will never be seeing her again.
