One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week. Dr. Kim is the ultimate representation of the child who shames ones family because he has no ethics and his wife and her team run arround the office like chickens with their heads choped off. If you can not stand the smell of body odor and microwaved junk food I highly reccommend not entertaining and wasting your time and your / your insurance's money!! This guy is just looking for the next dollar...... SHAME

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. Instead of just recommending surgery right away I was presented with many treatment options here. I knew if I had to get surgery, it would be their last resort. HE IS AWFUL.

Dr Kim is the worst ENT ever. He didnt seem interested in answering any of my questions before the procedure, although he told me to ask questions. Then the day of the surgery, he started to yell at my daughter who was crying in fear. After post-op he dismissed a 102 fever, and cancelled all her antibiotics, she ended up bleeding out, and had 2 ear infections! Im grateful that a good ENT was willing to take over her case while we were admitted. He is condenscending, rude, and could care less about his patients, only that he feels like he is a great surgeon, which he is clearly not. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Dr Kim should never had vowed to take care of people, because he doesnt know how to.
