There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I have more than once recommended them to my friends and people I've met. They are the best of the best! I didn't mind waiting to see the ENT because my chair was soooo comfortable. They really care about patient comfort at this office.

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I was very displeased when I realized how quickly they were already recommending surgery. No other options were even presented to me and they were quite pushy. He was busy with some sales rep on my last visit and was almost an hour getting into the exam room. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I was worried about. He seemed instant that nothing unethical was going to go on during the surgery and I don't know where that was coming from but it frightened me as to why he would even be thinking about something like that. He did not seem very professional at all.

They answered most of my questions but I havent been back to go over test results. There are members of the staff that are friendly friendly and professional. I was satisfied with my visit. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I am due for a follow-up visit to go over all the tests results. This doctor is FABULOUS - wish he was closer to where I live.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

I do plan on recommending them to my friends and acquaintances. If anyone I know is in need of a good ENT doctor, I will direct them here. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
