I had an appointment to discuss procedures for removing my Thyroid due to a cancerous tumor. Dr. Krol was very engaged with us answering our concerns and questions. I was impressed with him and have no concerns regarding my surgery next week.

I have been to the office twice now. Both times I had to wait almost an hour and ended up seeing the doctor for 3 minutes at most. He left the room as I was still asking my few questions and seemed to dismiss my concerns. Overall I left feeling as though I needed a second opinion. Don't waste your time, just go somewhere else to begin with.

I thought the doctor was friendly enough, but they could have been a little more welcoming. Not only did they not offer a remedy for my condition, I had to go somewhere else to get help. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. The staff seemed poorly trained, especially at the front desk.
I have been there three times and waited an hour each time and most of that time was waiting in the examining room looking at four walls.
It is my opinon the quality of care is wanting. They are in a hurry to get to the next patient. I left with the same problem I entered with and no advice on what or where to go next...their parting words were good luck.
