He is the rudest doctor I’ve ever been to. He was quick and abrupt with me, told me there’s nothing wrong with my ears. He said I just have a problem where I don’t understand 50% of the words that are spoken to me.
I was dismissed abruptly without a chance to ask any questions. I’m 78 years old, and I deserve to be treated better. My ears have a blockage in them, I lose my balance all the time, and I know there’s something about my eustachan tubes that is wrong.

Spent about two minutes with my daughter. Didn't even really address the issues she was having. We now have to try to get a second opinion, because this guy was zero helped. Maybe he was just wanting to get home; who knows. The visit was a joke. We waited well over and hour for a two minute visit with a doctor who didn't even ask questions about why we were there. When I asked a question I didn't even get a logical answer. Never again will we visit this doctor's office.

Only physician that helped me manage an inner ear vertigo problem that I have had off and on for 30 yrs he has been extremely helpful. Moved to ind. and have thinking of moving back to tn. Because here I get no satisfaction and after all the test and balance therapy ,nothing is helping. In tn. Dr Moreno and I agreed all the head exercises do no good .. Margaret skaare

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I have to worry about them overbooking appointments and being pushed through after waiting up to an hour after my appointment time to be called back. They definitely do not believe in quality over quantity here it is hard to get questions answered. I felt very rushed. They barely spend more than ten minutes with me and almost completely ignores my questions. Most providers care about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They make a follow up appointment and that is it.
