The facility is old and so is the staff. Dr. Alexion is great at what he does no need to be pretebd to be something he is not.

Dr Alexion, accurately diagnosed my ear problem after 2 unsuccesful visits with an NP at a Walgreens clinic. I was so grateful to have the diagnosed properly and resolved.

I placed a call to set up an appointment, the receptionist that answered the phone along with the Doctor who was next to her ( you could hear the background voices) laughed at the diagnosis that I informed them I received and was looking for a second opinion. I didn't know that receptionists had the medical background to scoff or laugh at a patient--neither does a doctor, for that matter. When I informed her that it was I was told by a professional she became rude and belligerent. She asked for my insurance information to make an appointment which I was appalled; I disconnected the phone call because I refuse to pay for ghetto and demeaning treatment.
