They were friendly and made me feel at home. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
