The staff must have not been trained very well. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. Dr. Mollick has ABSOLUTLY no bedside manners. For each appointment he would claim he needed to leave for the hospital. So questions or concerns were not taken care of during my appt. He is RUDE and only cares about the next dollar that comes in and not the patient. The worst Dr. ever.
