Dimitry Rabkin is very rude, arrogant "Doctor". I have chronic sore throat. I tried to explain my problem many time but he did not listen me at all. After that I tried talk to assistants but they didn't too. He made me feel like I was bothering him. I wasted my time and money. It was my first and last visit there. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

If you want a quality ENT service, DO NOT...and I repeat DO NOT go to see Dr. Rabkin. Few months ago I visited him for a consultation on my occasionally bleeding nose. First thing that struck me was lack of privacy. While I was being attended to, the door was wide open and everybody in the waiting area could hear what we were talking about. Anyway, I spent exactly 4 min in his office while he took a quick look in my nose and prescribed me Saline Drops. Few weeks later I get a bill from my insurance company charging me $100 CoPay for a surgery. I was like what??? $100 for what??? for saline drops prescription?? I tried to argue with the billing lady Lyuba to no avail. She is a rude, greedy lady. All they want is money money!! This whole office is all about money rather than quality service. I definately do not recommend Dr. Rabkin to anyone who is looking for quality ENT services and humane approach.

This guy is all about money!!! Never going back to him again and don't recommend to anyone. He saw me for less than 2 minutes and charged my insurance nearly $2,000. He had his nurse perform the unnecessary (as I was later told by other ENT specialists) hearing test. Overdramatized my condition saying that I was not fit to take a flight and needed to return to his office in a few days for follow-up. I went to another doctor at Beth-Israel (cost $400 on the insurance) and was told that I had nothing major and took a flight next day. To summarize, my insurance had to pay nearly $2000 (and $130 out of pocket) for a visit to a doctor who diagnosed a simple ear infection which was successfully treated in a week with antibiotics. If you want to do that, go ahead.
