I had a very positive result with Dr. Dietrich and her staff. I thought everyone was friendly and professional, starting with the check in, then the M.A. and then Dr. Dietrich.
She listened to my concerns, ordered appropriate tests and medications related to my needs and followed up with more visits to assure correct treatments and results.
I felt 100% better and appreciate her care.
I would recommend her to anyone who needed help in her profession

They could work on improving their level of customer service here. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods.

The staff must have not been trained very well. Every time you interact with them, you get a different answer, regardless of what it is you need. It's very frustrating. Sometimes they are outright rude.

I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment, and I left without any kind of resolution. After ruling out the main expected diseases, the doctor seemed unwilling to look further within her field, even though I had symptoms she felt were neurological and unexplained. She is also unwilling to get educated about politicized topics. You'd think after "hysterical paralysis" (multiple sclerosis) that neurologists would be more open-minded about these things, but they are not, and Dietrich disappointingly is no exception to the prevailing close-mindedness in the field.

In summary: Office staff is not friendly or caring. Will not return. Had abnormal test results so referred to Neurologist. Office staff is very unfriendly. Unreturned calls and slow paperwork processing. They are allowed "by office protocol, 2 weeks to process" new patient referrals and "2 weeks" to process tests requested by the physician. Took four phone calls before someone said they have 2 weeks to process new patient paperwork. Twice, a female staff member said she would look into the status of my paperwork and call me back. By the end of the next day, no call back received. During my fourth call to the office, the female employee said they are allowed 2 weeks to process paperwork. They receive 50 requests a day and are busy. During the office visit, they are appropriate but not friendly or caring. During my first visit, no one smiled and asked how I was. No smiles or hint of patient care or kindness. Just processed on through. Physician was late, which is understandable at times, but result was a rushed conclusion to the visit with no guidance to how to obtain test results. At checkout, I was handed a generic, preprinted card stating I would be contacted for test scheduling in two weeks because of insurance PAR requirements.Regardless of your level of concern, pleading, begging, and with no need to wait on insurance referral the scheduler will not vary from the two weeks "allowed by office protocol," processing time for paperwork. She also handles 50 requests per day. My insurance does not require PAR but staff refused to allow test scheduling prior to 2 weeks because "office protocol allows 2 weeks" to process paperwork. After pleading with the Office Manager for help, he said he would have staff schedule my test ASAP. It's Saturday and if they contact me Monday, that will be six days more beyond ASAP. Hope never, never, never return to this office once the test is finished.
