We always had caring knowledgeable Dr's, but NOT Dr. Leung. Dr. Leung was referred to us when my son suddenly started having bad headaches because the neurologist our primary care physician wanted us to see was on vacation. When we went into Dr. Leung's office, someone else was sitting there; we wondered who he was. Then a few minutes later, Dr. Leung said the individual was a student who wanted to observe him. Dr. Leung never asked nor got our permission for this student to be present. He spent very little time with us; he did a few simple test: he told my son to walk, raise his hand and foot, then said he did not have migraine, but instead an it ear problem (even though we had told him my son saw an ENT and all tests, including the ear test, came back normal). Then he said I can't help you; you need to see another doctor. We were shock. I then called my primary care physician and told him about Dr. Leung's behavior. He said he will contact Dr. Leung and subsequently Dr. Leung agreed my son had migraine; Dr. Leung himself couldn't come up with this diagnosis even though he is the neurologist. Dr; Leung is not caring nor knowledgeable and I will never go back to see him again. We are seeing a great doctor now and she is working on my son's problem.

No, I don't think they've ever cleaned it

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would
