After arranging the appointment, I specifically asked to have some time to speak with Dr. Doyle privately while my wife who has Alzheimer's was not present as this information is often very upsetting for her. I was told by the front office staff that they would arrange to watch her so that I could speak with Dr. Doyle. Upon my arrival, first they seemed to forget about this arrangement, then I was given all of 3 minutes to talk with Dr. Doyle. It was extremely disappointing that I was not given the time to ask my questions that I had arranged for. This is not only an important appointment for my wife, but it is just as, if not more important, for the family and caregivers involved to feel well informed and involved in the care process.

I have taken my friend in on several occasions, and all he has done is asked her what year it was, who was president, and how many fingers was he holding up. He's a waste of money!

The office staff helped me get in an appointment as soon as I needed to. The chairs in their waiting room were comfortable. The staff's friendliness made me feel welcome. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I could tell their standard of care is very high.
