Dr Neeley was my husband's doctor when he suffered from GuilionBarre. However, the last time we called, we were told he had retired. Is he still in practice?

I was referred to another neurologist for migraines by Dr. Neeley as he was retiring in December 2014. Unfortunately the new neurologist Dr Jorge Prieto charged my insurance over $2100 for a drug test I did not know was going to be performed. Am very disappointed that Dr. Neely would send me to another physician to have a drug test and charged me over $500 for my copay. Why would I need a drug test??? I went in to see Dr Prieto for migraines I have had all of life. This was a referral.
